Domain of 24ha situated on a soil of exception near Draguignan. Our quality
is recognized in France and abroad by numerous Medals. Organization of

FOGOLAR
(Domaine du) à Nice (Rs) (Gî)
Our wines: Bellet blanc, rosé et rouge.
Placed on the hills of Nice dominating the valley of the Var it receives
the marine breeze. Medals and quotations in guides dedicated the quality
of wines of the " Collet de Bovis". Reception every day on appointment
Group 40 pers, conducted tours with tasting (4 in 5 wines): 9 euro by
pers.
The domain is affiliated to the " Gîtes de France " and
welcome, all year long, hosts in a villa situated in the middle of vineyards.
FREGATE

Domaine de Frégate benefits from an ideal geographic situation.
It is located in the Var département, between the districts of
Saint Cyr sur Mer and Bandol, on slopes overlooking the sea and surrounding
Port d'Alon's rocky inlet. The area's climate, sunshine, rich and diverse
soils, favorise the elaboration of AOC Bandol wines (red, rosé
and white) combining strength and suppleness.
MATOURNE

Our wines: Côtes de Provence white,

The Domaine de Matourne is planted since 1974 with the noble grape varieties
of the AOC Côtes de Provence: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre
and Grenache for the Reds, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault for
the Rosés and Rolle (Vermentino) and Sémillon for the Whites.
The Domaine is located at an altitude of 500 m, in the hinterland of the
Var. Weeds in the vineyard are removed mechanically and the vines are
not fertilized, to limit productivity. The harvest is handpicked and introduced
into the fermentation tanks by gravity.
The Domaine de Matourne is located in an idyllic and secluded environment. Three houses can be rented on a weekly basis: the Bastidou for 2 persons, the Bastide and the Lodge for 4 persons. The vineyard of Pey-Neuf stretches on 36 hectares. Since 1852 and 5 generations
we manage the domain with as slogan" that the vineyard is as a garden
" Tradition and modernism of the installations cost for our wines

The Domaine de Saint-Ser has the rare privilege of being entirely located
in the “Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire” area. It
covers 33 hectares that enjoy ideal geological and climatic conditions
The vineyard, which grows on a hillside, benefits from extraordinary sunlight
thanks to its southern exposure and, in particular, the reverberation
of the light off the white rocks of the mountainside.
This luminosity favors photosynthesis, which increases the concentration
of the grape clusters. In addition, Sainte-Victoire’s shape makes
it possible for the vineyard to escape the summer storms that hit its
northern face and unfurl on the neighboring towns.
This exceptional luminosity meets itself in our wines and is worth
to us a golden medal in Paris.
THOUAR

Ancient "magnanerie" of the XVIIIth century, property bought
in 1947 by the family Lavaud. 40 ha vineyard for a production of 1300
hl, in Organic farming since 1998. Rent of room of 500 persons with possibility
caterer.
