CHATEAU
de CORNEILLA à Corneilla del Vercol
Wines : Côtes de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes,
Muscat de Rivesaltes,VDP d'Oc et Catalan
Of generation in generation since 1485, the Castle of Corneilla
is a fortress built by the Knight Templars at the end of the XIIth century
and its shape current date of the end of the XIVth century..
The Jonquères d' Oriola family is established since 1485 to Corneilla
del Vercol, small Catalan village situated in 10 km in the South of Perpignan,
in Roussillon, and elaborates wines for 5 centuries. Philippe Jonquères
d' Oriola, current owner of the Castle of Corneilla, continues to take
charge of the family domain of 60 ha of vineyards.
This family is known all over the world in the sport, more exactly in
the fencing and especially in the equitation with several championships
of the world and the Olympic golden medals.
Our wines are rewarded by the regular obtaining of medals, competition,
and for articles in the specialized national and international press,
which crown our efforts of quality and to know how to make. They are available

An orchard of olivie trees!!
In 2002, on 9 ha were planted 6 000 olive trees which already allow to
start a production of olive oil.
MAS
DES CLOTS (Domaine du) à Salses le Château
Wines : Côtes de Roussillon Villages,
Muscat de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes Ambré, Vin de pays des Côtes
Catalanes.
Before being a wine exploitation, the very ancient mas, was originally
shot to the mixed farming and the breeding of sheep (sheepfold dated the
15th century) .Located on the foothills of Corbières, in front
of the sea, in the valley protected by the scrubland, the domain benefits
from an ideal exposure.
In the course of the generations, the production exclusively turned to
the vineyard and today all our wines are qualified in organic farming.
MATHOUANS

The domain in biological conversion and biodynamie since 2009 extends
over 6ha and 3 village and takes advantage of these 3 soils to produce
wines quality

Mathouans
We shall be happy to welcome you all year round in our holiday cottage
for 4 pers. cook any outing. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Discover the charm of our old village and neighbor of Tautavel the Mecca
of the prehistory, the point of departure of numerous excursions in the
Cathar country and its castles.
NIDOLERES
(Domaine de) à TRESSERRE (R) (Ch) (Gî)
Wines : Rivesaltes, , Muscat de Rivesaltes,
Vin de pays des Côtes Catalanes, Vin de pays d'Oc vendanges tardives.
The wine farm stretches over 50 hectares in one peace arround the buildings;
25 hectares are classified in official category of quality wine produced
in a definated style with a guarantee of origin. The culture of traditional
vineyard is with the greatest respect for nature.
SPlanting is only constitued by Mediterranean grape varieties as: Mourvèdre,
Syrah, Carignan to yield red wines, robust and spicy; Grenache and Muscat
d’ Alexandrie reveal honey aromas ,candied fruits and citrus fruits,for
exceptional natural sweet wines
In the middle of the nature the vineyard is surrounded by pines, nettle
trees, oaks woods where free peacocks are shifting slowly.
A part of the house has been transformed in resting place with a swimming
pool; there are 3 apartments for 4 people each one to rent at the
week or at week end
The restaurant “Auberge du Domaine de Nidolères” is
15 years old opened ; catalan traditional cooking isassociated
with wineyards wines and also the “friends wines”.Is located
in the heart of the state in a very privileged setting with an unobstructed
view opened to the “Albères”mountains. Garlic and olive
oil are used in most of the dishes .The menu is contrasted between the
dishes “land and sea”, and the bitter-sweet sauces. Several
menus are designed to taste the wines of the vineyard.
The atmosphere is
very friendly.
ROMBEAU
(Domaine de) à Rivesaltes (R) (Rs) (Hô)
Wines : Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes ambré
et tuilé, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Vin de pays des Côtes Catalanes,
Vin de pays d'Oc, Vin de pays muscat sec.
The domain of Rombeau, unique complex of a wine ancestral domain integrating
into wine storehouses a restaurant of Catalan cooking and, in the village,
the hotel corresponding with wine bar.
The Domain of Rombeau belongs to the family of Fabrègue for centuries
and knew how to keep its identity by keeping to Rivesaltes the unit of
the exploitation. It produces on 50 ha bouteiles 250.000. Here, respect
for the traditions and modernity of techniques conjugate for a long time
in a constant quality concern. Wines recognized by the French and international
press, quoted in all the main guides and rewarded in the most importing
regional and national competitions.
To the restaurant where floats a flavor of authenticity, we cultivate
the tradition of the Catalan cooking and the wines of the domain which
accompany it. Here, we welcome you every day of the life, for a business
lunch, a dinner between friends, a family ceremony, one evening of group

The air-conditioned hotel proposes 60 spacious rooms, 4 suites, an apartment,
garages and car park. Inclining a bar and numerous lounges to rent being
able to welcome up to 500 persons, the hotel also offers you the possibility
of organizing your business meetings and your receptions with the persons,
providers, caterers, presenters of your choice.
